Hanna Demmler
Hanna is an Honors student with broad interests. She has aided projects on vertebrate use of salt marsh habitat and developing parasites as biological indicators.
Rachel Hicks
Rachel assisted with research on Sapelo Is. in summer 2025, one of which was the effects of elevation on predation on snails. Rachel continues her work in Athens on several projects. .
Kade Stewart
Kade works on a project to measure the burrow morphology of mangrove and marsh fiddler crabs.
Sara Chipman
Sara works on two projects to measure siphon cropping in clams and parasites as indicator species.
Keegan Kler
Keegan works on fiddler crab burrows and saltmarsh plant samples for stable analysis. His primary interest in marine ecology is planktonic communities.
McKinley Hales
McKinley works on habitat preference of blue crabs and mummichogs in the salt marsh
